Strength
Power Clean 3x5
Conditioning
Perform 1 minute of each exercise before moving on to the next. Rest 1 minute between rounds, 3 rounds total of
Pull-up
Tyre Flip (sub Sumo Deadlift)
Sandbag clean (sub squat clean)
Hammer Strikes
burpee
Count total reps per round and total across three rounds.
Cash Out
400M jog with the sandbag
